Point Pleasant Beach football players aid Hurricane Sandy victims

Most towns along the New Jersey coast were decimated by Hurricane Sandy. In fact, a lot of those towns are still in recovery mode; many are still without homes; and scores are still without power. But during this very trying time, and as is usually the case with every story involving hardships, trials and tribulations, there is always something positive to come out of a negative situation. In this particular scenario, look no further than the Point Pleasant Beach (N.J.) football team. Last Saturday, the team gathered in their locker room, not for a game, but to help those affected by the hurricane, according to NJ.com. And even though some of these players hadn't even seen their houses due to the significant damage inflicted upon them, they still came to help out those in need. These young men should be commended and are an inspiration to so many affected by this natural disaster.
